He now works in the marine supply field. He has built his own steel sailboat.

The story of three adventurers who, in a 27' home built steel sailboat negotiated the Northwest Passage in a single season, becoming only the fourth, and smallest, vessel in history to accomplish that feat. They did it on the smallest budget, $10 dollars per day per person and were the first private Canadian vessel to make such a passage. They required no icebreaker or ancillary support.
